this house is the perfect location in beachwalk overlooking sandcastle playground, located within cason park as your backyard The beautiful Sheridan Beach is nearby - a short distance down Beachwalk Lane.
the main floor has loads of windows and natural sunlight (house is on a se corner) Open floor plan with fireplace and 55" Smart TV. Fully stocked and well appointed kitchen with upgraded top of the line appliances. Dining room comfortably seats 12 - table and breakfast bar.
second floor has 3 bedrooms (equipped with usb outlets) and 2 bathrooms
lower level is perfect for kids or another family - separate living room with 70" smart tv, 2 bedrooms (equipped with usb outlets) and full bathroom Laundry facilities on lower level as well.
front porch is large and perfect for a morning coffee on the chat set Rear screened in porch is 25'x10' overlooking Cason Park and includes dining area, lounge seating and a beverage fridge. Out back enjoy a natural gas grill and deluxe paved patio and fire pit. An outdoor shower is also provided.
