this lovely, well-maintained home has three bedrooms There is a heat pump that keeps you cool in the summer and cozy in the cooler months. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and sliding door opening to the deck/backyard. The bathroom is remodeled with double sinks, step in shower with subway tiles, and heated floor. In the cozy upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and the other small bedroom has two twins beds. There is also a convenient half bath upstairs.

We are located just below Hendricks Park and the Rhododendron garden. There is easy access to the Willamette River paths, Laurelwood golf course, Pre’s running trail, and Alton Baker Park. You can join the duck football fans walking from campus to Autzen Stadium. The EmX bus stop is a short walk to Franklin Boulevard and is an easy way to get downtown or the Saturday Market.
this university neighborhood is a limited parking district, however our driveway gives you the convenience of 2-3 free off street parking places (depending on the size of the vehicles)
