you enter into the front living area, with comfortable sofas and chairs, a smart tv and a dining suite for 4 This flows through the galley kitchen with microwave, double sink, dishwasher and coffee machine, into the second light and bright lounge, also with a smart TV. The gorgeous arched windows look out into the courtyard, with some seating, a BBQ and a basketball hoop. The garage is up some steps at the rear. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and dryer downstairs on the ground floor.
on the middle floor are two bedrooms both with queen beds The master bedroom faces the back of the terrace and light streams through the full width windows and the French doors that open to the Juliet balcony. New electric roller blinds and wrought iron railings complete the picture and there’s plenty of wardrobe space and a TV for your convenience.
