Positive: An outrageously stylish apartment super close to the city centre. Two levels of pure art. Great facilities, a private garden, a quiet oasis in the busy city.
Negative: The surroundings are a little rough but didn't seem dangerous. The apartment does not have A/C which proved to be a little annoying on the hot summer days.
