This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.

the open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washer/dryer, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob.
we also offer complimentary chilled still-water, nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper
there is a 4 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

**important notice** - please note the main foyer area of the building is currently undergoing minor renovation works during weekday hours of 09:00 and 17:00 This does not impact the state of the apartment, nor should any disturbing noise impact your stay in any way. Works are expected to finish by 31st July.

in order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £4000 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
