less than a mile from legendary destinations like lafayette cemetery no 1, Commander's Palace, and Tipitina's, this “shotgun" double is quintessential New Orleans. It was thoughtfully renovated to be more private (unlike traditional shotgun homes), which means you no longer have to walk through one bedroom to get to another, to get to the kitchen, and so on. Soaring 13 foot ceilings, 100 year old hardwood floor, exposed fireplaces, bargeboard walls and cypress wainscot ceilings make you feel like you’re living in a boutique hotel.

both bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and nightstand The larger of the 2 rooms has more storage, TV with Amazon Firestick (YouTube TV subscription), and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The smaller room has an open concept closet and full bath just down the hall (with shower stall). Extra pillows, sheets and blankets can be found in the closets and dresser.
