3 No smoking anything, or vaping inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. Please dispose of butts inside the provided receptacle located in the rear patio.
4 Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
5 Please do not rearrange our furniture.
6 If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
7 If you are planning to invite your friends and family over, you must get pre authorization from us. If guests are found to have a party or large gathering, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
8Checkout instructions: Please throw trash in the dumpster located next to rear parking. Put dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle. Put your towels in the bathtub. Leave linens on the bed.
