this villa is located at the bottom of a residential street, on a direct oceanfront lot There are other homes visible from this house, however, the home is situated in a manner that providers privacy both inside, and to enjoy the water frontage.
enter the home to a small foyer Turn left and you will be greeted by the incredibly designed and spacious kitchen, cozy great room with sky high ceilings, and dining area overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a basic meal, including a waffle maker for those epic vacation brunches! Off the dining area is a private patio with comfortable lounge seating, and of course, impressive ocean views! Turn right off the foyer, and you will find a powder/laundry room, and the entrance to the King suite. The king suite offers a luxurious bed, and impressive spa bathroom with soaker tub and stand up shower.
