while i don't recommend swimming, you can It is very rocky beach out back. Some people have brought kayaks to launch and have had no issues.
is there room to park my boat? can i fish?
you can fish out back, pick your lucky spot on the rocks and cast a line! there is room for boat parking, i will just need a heads up The local launch is about 2 miles away, and you are split pretty even between Catawba and Detroit for fishing!.
