Just a short drive to beaches including Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. If you don’t feel like driving you can just relax in the pool.

We are also perfectly located a short distance to America's best beaches. For a more laid back hangout with less tourists, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are about 5 miles north of us . About 5 miles south us is one of the top beaches in the country, Clearwater Beach where you’ll find lots of shopping, water sport rentals, restaurants, and more! The Pinellas Trail is just a short walk from us, so bring your own bikes or rent them from Kafe Racer right off the trail! If you are feeling a bit adventurous for some fun day trips, we are only a two hour drive from Florida’s best theme parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and Busch Gardens. During your stay, be respectful of the space and property: - Before entering the home, take shoes off if muddy, wet, sandy, etc. - No smoking in the home - No parties - Please do not litter - An adult needs to supervise children at all times. - Children are not allowed in the pool area without supervision. - Use all appliances and amenities as they are intended to be used. - Firearms/Fireworks and other energetic materials are not permitted at any time in or around the house or the property. – NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY. Before leaving, guests are required to: - Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the unit. - Place used bath towels on the floor in bathroom, and place used dishcloths, dishtowels, rags in kitchen sink. - Please remove bedding and place it at the foot of the bed. At the end of the rental period, inspection of the premises will be made by the owners and/or their cleaning team. Any damage caused by the renters to the home and/or the premises will be noted and documented. Regardless of the nature of the damage, if excessive damages are made during your stay to the space, its contents, or the property, renter will pay to replace/repair damaged assets. No Refunds. This includes: - Loss of electricity or other services out of our control - Occasionally, appliances or other amenities may require maintenance and/or repair; we will service or replace these amenities as quickly as possible, but no rental concession or refunds will be given for time without use of these items. Liability: Renters agree to assume all responsibility for any accident, injury, or damage that may result within the home or on the premises, to persons or property, and that the owners of the property shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. Guest assumes the risk involved with the use of the home and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the owner from any and all claims and liability of any nature that may arise by reason of the use of the same renter or others using the same. Children must be under adult supervision at all times, and the guest will be responsible to compensate owner for any damages caused by children occupying the rental premise. Damages caused by the guest will be paid for by the guest.
