this is a great home base for your adventures in chatham and cape cod Centrally located but still quiet, private, lovely vacation spot near nice beaches, the bike path, walking areas, excellent shopping and restaurants. The house sits in a quiet area on a dead-end road to Oyster Pond, with no through traffic or public access. 3 minute walk down “The Garden Path”, a grassy path that runs from the house to the local fish market, deli, natural food store, pizza and favorite restaurants, Mac’s Seafood and Pate’s. Walk, bike or drive 1.3 miles to downtown Chatham, 1.7 miles to renowned Hardings Beach and more.

we have everything you need: beach chairs, sand umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and cooler Chatham has quite a variety of ocean and fresh water beaches. Renowned Hardings Beach is a short 5 min drive away. Outdoor shower and a clothes line make trips from the beach easy.
