- located 300 meters from livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of parikia and its labyrinth of alleys (accessible directly from the park of the panaghia katapoliani basilica) and 500 from the port where the ferries arrive/depart
- only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes
it is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island
