each room has a bathroom / ensuite shower, equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink (the one bathroom also has a toilet) The 2 master bedrooms are equipped with beds 1.60 x 2m and large closets.

quiet and secluded, the villa is located on 1 100 m2 of land (pine, eucalyptus and other Mediterranean species) entirely closed, oriented southwest and dominated by a magnificent palm tree in the shade where you can dine. At the center of this green oasis is a beautiful swimming pool of 9 mx 5 m. Under the palm and around the pool is garden furniture (table, chairs and armchairs, chairs, etc..).
