cleaning expectations & fee transparency
in accordance with california short-term rental law (ab 2202), we’re committed to transparency about cleaning responsibilities and potential fees
our standard cleaning fee covers:
- general tidying and sanitation
- laundry of used towels and bedding
- basic reset of the property
to avoid additional cleaning charges, we kindly ask that guests:
1 take out all trash to the designated bins
2 load and run the dishwasher (or hand wash dishes)
3 leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry basket
4 report any spills, damages, or maintenance issues immediately
