Another door from the dining room takes you to the utility room, boot room, and downstairs WC, providing practical spaces for guests. There is also one of two of the properties stairwells located off this room.

While there is a lawn area and woodland to explore, the grounds are not fully livestock-secure but are suitable for well-behaved dogs and are gated to the road for added safety.
