to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
1 NO PARTIES or events allowed.
2 Our home is strictly NON-SMOKING. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere within the property or if there is a "smoke" smell inside the home.
3 Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum (between 10 pm and 8 am).
4 To prevent plumbing issues, do NOT flush any baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Dispose of them in the trash bin provided.
5 Follow the checkout procedure to avoid additional cleaning fees.
6 When leaving the house, please close all windows and lock the main Entry door. The door will automatically lock once the "X" button is pressed on the keypad.
7 If the parking gate clicker was used, please leave it at the property before leaving or a $50 fee will be charged.
