The house was built in 1911 and is one of the oldest houses on Borkum. After two years of extensive core renovation, a charming, listed building with 3.30 m high ceilings and modern, high-quality furnishings is now available in 2014.

3 bedrooms each with an adjacent bathroom (toilet & rain shower) A sauna on the ground floor. A large, open kitchen where even cooking while on vacation is fun. High chair, cot and changing mat are available for our little guests. All floors are made of real wood or tiles. The entire house has underfloor heating. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the view of the lighthouse. You can have a wonderful barbecue on the sheltered terrace. You can store your bikes in the lockable bike shed. A small handcart is available.
