Charming sunny cottage steps from the beach. Water views in several directions. Three bedrooms, new kitchen and bath, plus wonderful private hot water outside shower. Dedicated workspace and high speed Wi-Fi.
the cottage is on a rise, a bit elevated from the street It has many windows on all sides so it has lovely light and is always cooled by the breeze. GLP is consistently a good 15 degrees cooler in summer than the city. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

there is a garage for bikes, etc,, a narrow driveway (we use for bikes, etc), and parking for 2-3 cars on the grass.
