The property is made of three buildings (4 units): The front duplex: Units A & B and the two rear guesthouses: Units C & D. Each has their own kitchen, living, dining and sleeping quarters. There is an access door located in the bottom of Unit A duplex to connect the two units (A &B) on the inside, before climbing the stairs.
