chalet arve is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to chamonix center A 15-minute flat stroll along a secured pedestrian/cycle path brings you into the Chamonix high street where you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The main bakery is a 10-minute walk from the chalet, where you will find an impressive selection of fresh breads, local cakes and sandwich options. Access to the valley’s network of mountain trails can also be easily reached from the chalet, allowing great summer outings on foot or by bike.
it is possible to use the valley’s bus network to reach the various ski resorts, the closest bus stop being a short 5-minute walk If you are visiting with a car, the Brévent lift is a 5-minute drive, the Flégère and Les Houches lifts a 10-minute drive and the famous Grand Montets ski area is a 20 minute drive away. The chalet is also well positioned to visit resorts further away, such as Courmayeur in Italy with the use of the Mont Blanc tunnel, itself a short 10-minute drive from the chalet.

entering on the ground floor you will find a comfortable boot room with seating and heated boot dryers as well as plenty of storage On this floor you will also find a games room with a foosball table and a large flat screen TV, as well as plenty of board games.
the main floor opens up onto a spacious and modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area The well-equipped kitchen offers a mini barrister coffee machine and the comfortable living room has a log burning stove. There is direct access out to a generous terrace with an outside dining table and a large garden with lounge seating and hot tub. The views from the terrace are directly onto the Mont Blanc.
