- security cameras: we have one wi-fi nest camera on the property It is a doorbell camera pointing at the front vehicle courtyard and front gate. The camera records per motion-activation and operates 24/7. We can access the camera via Nest app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard. Do not block or tamper with the camera. If the camera becomes inoperable, we will access the property to remedy it.
- noise aware monitors: we are committed to rent responsibly standards This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Do not unplug or tamper with NoiseAware devices. If the devices becomes inoperable, we will access the property to remedy it.

6 Pull the child from the water.
7 Dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help.
8 After checking the child's airway and breathing, immediately begin CPR/CCR if necessary (if you are trained)..
