Brand new apartments located in the Historic former 1st Baptist Church, built in 1908. All 7 units are on the upper floor of the annex on the West side of the building. The whole building has gone through a historic approved remodel. 2nd-floor units, no elevator.
2 small dogs under 30lbs are allowed at this property, no cats There will be a 30$ pet fee added to your stay. For stays over 2 weeks we require an extra $400 deposit and any extra cleaning will be billed. If you sleep with your pet or we find pet hair in the bedding, we will charge extra for cleaning, please let us know in advance.
