pet rules:
*pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking
* any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit
*guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found
*pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (ie. the driveway) at all times
*pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed

you will need a car Winter may have snow and you MUST be prepared with chains and may need to walk up to the home from a lower street.
note: at times yosemite national park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the yarts bus or another tour into the park without reservations

pellets for the grill are not provided While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.
the thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.
please note: some roads from the east, such as tioga pass and glacier point are seasonal and are closed october through june
pack-n-play must be requested in advance
pets must not be left in the home unattended or pet deposit will be forfeit
please note: hot tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.
