On the ground floor, there is a large living room with comfortable sofas and an open fireplace. The living room is close to the main kitchen, which is fully equipped with a large cooker, oven, dishwasher, an American fridge/freezer, coffee machine and microwave. There is a separate dining room which seats 20 people. From the dining room, there are French windows giving direct access to the garden and a second dining area, shaded by a pergola, where up to 20 guests can enjoy eating “al fresco”.
