pool & hot tub - all guests will have private access to the backyard pool during their stay Please note that the pool is only heated (80°F) from April 1st through October 31st. Guests staying November 1st through March 31st will have the option to access the hot tub (103°F) from 12pm - 12am for an extra surcharge of $30/day. if you are interested in hot tub access, please message the host directly through the vrbo app at least 24 hours prior to your check-in time to ensure proper cleaning and heating of the spa!
