it is well equipped, with 2 air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and one bedroom, fireplace, washing machine, smart tv with sat+ spanish tv, radio, wifi 20 mb/s, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, some new pottery, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and much more
directly in front of the house there is enough parking space for 1 to 2 cars on the public street
