Positive: This is a wonderful place. The garden is magical, the restaurant perfect, and the wine very good. The parking is huge and very convenient. The place is quiet, peaceful and delightful. The service in the restaurant it AMAZING, both servers we have are among the best we have ever had. The pool area seems brand new and is very comfortable (much nicer than in the photos here). Breakfast is very good, we loved the Prosecco to start the day. We stayed for 3 nights, but we could have easily spent more time here, we will definitely come back.
Negative: We got an accessible room, and those tend to be less comfortable. I don't know if all bathrooms are like this, but in ours - pushing the button for flushing is a workout, the shower had a very strange system where you need to pull two things at the same time to get the water in the shower handle, and not from above (needless to say that I got a cold shower from above twice, as I was not fast enough...)... and there is no full length mirror in the room. We asked to change rooms and pay extra if needed but they were fully booked. Tip: ask for a room that is not accessible when booking, since they have 8 rooms, I imagine this is the only one. The winery tours are charged full price to hotel guests, which I found a bit strange...
