3 Bedroom Villa in Competa, Cómpeta

Three bedroom self catering villa all with en-suite bathrooms, beautifully furnished by an interior designer, nestling in the Monte Allegro (Happy Valley), which is secluded and peaceful. The area is renowned for walking holidays in the beautiful hills surrounding the villa and the quaint rustic white villages. The villa is set amongst various fruit groves and has all modern requirements, including Freeview TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet connection and a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, freezer and drinks fridge. The villa has air-conditioning/heating throughout, ceiling fans and fly screens (although we have very few mosquitoes etc) and a wood burning stove. One of the nicest features is the garden (dining) room with full length slide back windows revealing the south west view and terrace. The garden is completely enclosed and the pool (7 metres x 3.5 Metres) for guest's sole use is separated by a substantial child proof wrought iron fence and gate. The illuminated pool is heated by a heat pump from April to November only and there is a poolside shower. Bedroom 3 - 2 singles making super king bed, side tables, Chest of drawers & wardrobes. Air conditioning. Bedroom 3 en-suite - shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail, hairdryer, vanity unit. Kitchen: Units with granite worktops, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, freezer, separate drinks fridge. Breakfast bar between kitchen and lounge with 2 stools and granite worktop. Ceiling fan and air conditioning. Utility Room: Granite worktop with washing machine and tumbler dryer. Part of the terrace has a grape vine covered pergola which gives shade from the sun and has a glass topped table with 6 chairs, there are 2 wicker arm chairs with table and a further glass topped table.
