The distribution of the house comes very close to having two apartments. The only possible shortcoming is the noise insulation of the woodden ceiling, between second and first floor. In case you are interested in the technical specs: the ceiling is built with beams, planks, a layer of mortar, and tiles. Better than a cottage ceiling, but not to the standard of a modern concrete ceiling ;).
