Macht man von hier einen netten Spaziergang über die Feldwege, erreicht man die nahegelegenen Badestrände in kurzer Zeit.

es gibt einen bademeister, der nach dem rechten sieht, und hunderte der typischen strandzelte, die man gegen geringe bezahlung mieten kann
einige strandabschnitte werden im sommer von professionellen rettungsschwimmern bewacht
wer diesem trubel entfliehen möchte, braucht nur ein oder zwei buchten am strand entlang zu spazieren, und schon hat er wieder eine bucht für sich allein
in praia da areia branca gibt es eine schöne strandpromenade mit vielen kleinen cafés und guten restaurants
