Positive: The home was clean and the shower pressure was good.
Negative: The bed was not an acutal queen bed but a very uncomfortable sofa bed with a very thing mattress. While the room did have A/C, it was set to 27C/80F - the button had been removed from the controller not allowing for any adjustments. It was 97F the day we were there and very hot and humid. We were told to contact Luigi upon our arrival for keys, I let him know we were 20 minutues away and he said to contact him once we arrived which I did. We continued to wait another 20-25 minutes until he showed up and he did not respond so he had no idea if he was coming. I may have missed it in the listing, but this was a single room in a two bedroom apartment with a detached bath. There is a shared kitchen and an shared entryway.
