This well maintained semi-detached house is situated in a quiet urbanisation about 4 km. from the coastal town of L'Estartit.
this used to be a fishing village where you can still see the characteristics of the past The long sandy beach with the Medes Islands, small islands in the sea, offers you the opportunity to go sailing or kayaking (especially recommended for diving enthusiasts!). The streets of L'Estartit lead you to the cosy centre with restaurants, shops and the harbour, definitely worth a visit!
