this gorgeous spanish style 1375sqft single family home on 75 x 53ft parcel is nestled in the heart of the san telmo neighbourhood found about 1mile from san pedro town on the island of ambergris caye The home boasts 2 spacious Bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful open plan Kitchen perfect for family and friends to enjoy.
the spectacular 16ft cathedral ceilings are insulated and, as like all cabinetry, finished with gorgeous belizean hardwoods The home has air conditioners in each room and double glazed screened windows throughout.
