Positive: At Casa di Raffi we spent 3 nights, we had everything we need in the apartment (almost, the owner promised to install AC in the future, as it got really hot at night, and if you sleep with the windows open you can hear the motor scooters late in the night and very early in the morning). We communicated well with the owner, we got the keys form an lock box. We used the garage for parking the car but was not close to the building (not very big problem, except when we get out or put the luggage in the car, as there are not parking space available and the neighbors were not very friendly in waiting for 10-15 minutes). Parking the car in the garage (not suitable for a big car, max around 4,7 m long I think) is a bit challenging, it needs to back the car in to the alley to the garage, not with the front and then put the car in the garage with the front...if not will be hard to turn the car around when you get out. The city of San Remo has an good recycling program, you have to sort everything and take them to the closest recycling center 250m away.
Negative: In general, all good, nothing that worth mentioning.
