reservation policies:
1 - door codes are always shared after photo id and selfie in front of the front door are sent The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM).
2 - early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour This is offered based on availability.
3 - all complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in
4 - all reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 am), changes can not be done after 10 am as per the app configuration, we can not override this
5 - no courtesy refunds are provided
6 - if you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 pm-12 am) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day
7 - extra cleanings in case of issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 am each day
8 - registration policy:
registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of ids for all guests under the reservation It's crucial to complete the registartion accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.
9 - city penalties:
the guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan
10 - security deposit:
the guest agrees to pay a security deposit of $1,00000. It will get reimbursed within 5-7 business days if the guest didn't steal, lose, or break/damage any property and personal property.
