Summary: The rooms were renovated and are sparkling clean and comfortable, however, the common premises need an update (broken outdoor shower, out-of-service elevator, landscaping needs TLC). Some staff were very helpful and friendly (especially the ones at the Ocean Bar and housekeeping), others not so much. As an all-inclusive, the food in the cafeteria was inedible most nights. The Ocean Bar food is very good but eating quesadillas and burgers twice a day is not that appealing. The hotel offered "motel" vibes without the motel prices.
