Negative: The unit checklist was not correct as I picked up that the iron was not in the unit, I did ask prior to check in if all items in the checklist was verified and the answer wasYES, this needs to be noted. Secondly, I was not aware that Caribbean Estates donot put Toilet Rolls, Clean Towels daily in the units, very dissatisfied with this and inconvenience to me and my family. These such things will result in clients not going back to Caribbean Estates.
