There is also a pullout couch in the den area and full-size air mattress to accommodate additional guests. located only 10 minutes from Melbourne beach, 30 mins from cocoa beach, 4 minutes from Melbourne airport, 5 minutes from the mall and 2 minutes from a Publix grocery store. The yard is completely fenced in and features a hammock, fire pit and palm trees providing shade. The pool goes from 3ft to 7ft and life jackets are provided. There is a propane (propane not included) and charcoal grill available. Pets are allowed, there is a $50 fee per pet..

Summary: Close to the beach and stores. Everybody loved the pool even though it was cold. It was stated that there is fruit trees, but we could not find any fruit. Maybe it’s not the right time of season. I’m not sure. We wanted to grill, but there was no propane and I assume that would’ve been supplied. Other than that, we all loved it.will definitely book again next trip.
