our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home We understand that our guests come from all walks of life and with different schedules, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and quiet during the hours of 9 pm to 8 am. We truly appreciate your cooperation in making our rental home a welcoming space for all.
3【no smoking】
to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rental home or anywhere on the property. If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.
4【no animal】
we understand how important pets are to many people, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly due to the homeowner's allergy to animal danders/hairs We kindly ask that you respect our policy and not book if you plan to bring an animal with you. If an unauthorized animal is found on the premises, we will kindly ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

6【self catering】
we want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.

we understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.
8【no late check-out】
we kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.
9【dispose trash in the right bins】
we want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins If you are unsure, please leave them inside the rental home, and our cleaning crew will handle them.
10 【lost & found】
we want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11 【stay for 30 days or more】
if you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement It's not just a formality; it helps us ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay.
12 【unregistered guests】
