While there may be some noise during the day, rest assured that it will be kept to a minimum as most of the work has now moved inside the property.

on the first floor, you'll find the modern and open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen The lounge is furnished to an extremely high standard (2023) and features a wall-mounted smart TV. Guests can log into their own accounts for iPlayer, Netflix, or their Prime account. The seating area comfortably accommodates nine people.
bifold doors lead from the lounge to a large balcony with outdoor weather proof furniture and a connected outdoor staircase to garden, swimming pool and hot tub There's also a second smaller balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the dunes. The dining area seats nine people and leads into the well-equipped and modern kitchen, complete with integrated oven and microwave. A large larder/utility room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

on the ground floor, you'll find bedrooms 3 and 4, both with super king-size beds that can be split into twin beds upon request Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room, and Bedroom 4 has French doors leading to the swimming pool area at the rear of the house.

Additionally, there are three en-suite bathrooms: one off Bedroom 3 on the ground floor and two off the bedrooms located on the top floor. There is also a outdoor hot shower for rinsing off before using the pool & hot tub and when returning from the beach.

step outside into the rear paved garden, where you'll discover a fantastic swimming pool (12m deep throughout) surrounded by a glass divider. The pool area has underwater and pool surround night time lighting for those that can't resist an evening swim and the large hot tub has enough jets for everyone to enjoy! It's the perfect oasis for relaxation and leisure.Additionally, a coal BBQ is provided for your enjoyment.
at the front of the property, there is private parking available for up to four vehicles (dependent on vehicle size), along with an ev charge point (charges apply, cables not provided)

there is a refundable security deposit of £500 payable with the final balance (not applicable to airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
