the heating & ac within this room are controlled by a separate heating & cooling system from the rest of the house (Porta crib and baby high chair are available in the closet within this bedroom.)

1 NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft from the house if you smoke. We will impose an additional charge if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.
2 NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts prior to your stay. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.
3 We are sorry but no pets are allowed.
4 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
5 Please follow our simply CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing.
6 Please do not wear shoes on the rugs so that we may keep our home in top condition. thank you!
