Gull Haven 700 is a beautiful cabin in the Gull Haven area of our resort, that is closest to the parking area. It has two bedrooms, and three full bathrooms that allow six guests to stay comfortably. It is just a short walk to the popular sandy beach, which allows for more privacy that lakefront cabins lack. Gull Haven 700 is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway, where you are sure to be refreshed when you depart. Make sure to enjoy your morning brew in the sunroom, where you are surrounded by large windows and serene nature views. The sunroom, located just off the dining room and kitchen, would be an ideal place to enjoy lunch in between lake activities. For dinner, make sure to grill up a delicious dinner on the private charcoal grill, or tell old family stories around an outdoor firepit while watching the sunset. Play a not-so-friendly game of poker, while the kids are hanging out with friends on the playground. Gull Haven 700 is a traditional vacation spot, perfect for new memories to be made.

guest communication:
after you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
payment schedule:
we recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! if your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what's listed below If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below.

damage fee breakdown:
security fee: in lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $79 plus taxes This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.
