Crofthouse is a wonderful modern house built and completed in 2023 and set on a quiet street just off the main street of the vibrant and busy little village of Wigtown, Scotland's Book Town. Crofthouse has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a new build and boasts a large and welcoming living room which is tastefully decorated throughout. The modern kitchen/dining room is spacious and from here patio doors open onto the sunny and secluded rear garden. There are two modern bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, and here you will find the bedrooms with their sumptuous beds and crisp linen definitely ensuring a good night's sleep.
