You have a large sheltered private terrace (& its pleasant "outdoor" relaxation lounge) and enjoy the vast park with century-old trees, lawned & vegetated with fruit orchard (cherry trees, apple trees, fig trees, plum trees, mirabelle plums, kiwis, etc.), a beautiful heated swimming pool (14x3m) and various rest areas & leisure services (table football, table tennis, football goals, etc.).
