4 NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
5 NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances, only a limited number of vehicles are allowed.
6 NO Disturbances Around the Neighborhood This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. most importantly, no disturbing the neighbors! no exceptions!
if any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund For your protection, like any hotel, we have security cameras in the front yard and backyard covering the outside premises.
• at no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the guests) are responsible for the safe operation of the hot tub/pool, and are responsible for all persons using the hot tub/pool during your stay
• use of hot tub, pool, and exercise equipment during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

2 the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the hot tub and/or pool and exercise equipment
3 The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the hot tub/pool area.
4 The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding.
5 The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the hot tub/pool area.

3 TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the Hot tub and/or pool and Hot tub and/or pool areas, and Exercise equipment.
4 That you verify that you are over the age of 18 and that you are responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property and use instructions of the Hot tub /pool, and Exercise equipment.
5 That the house rules / waiver release and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon you, and your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on behalf of your estate.
