Enjoy the beautiful weather in the private yard area or relax in the shared hot tub. we are located close to local entertainment and golf courses as well as great shopping and dining--only 10 mins to kierland commons or the scottsdale quarter! plus, only 15 mins from phoenix sky harbor airport and mayo clinic!
the sunshine studio is a completely remodeled studio located in phoenix, professionally designed to meet all of your needs during your stay The space has a trendy feel, with bright colors throughout. As you enter this light-filled studio you will love how spacious it feels. The kitchenette has quartz countertops and minimalist design. It is fully stocked with everything you need to come in and start cooking. We have utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, a knife set, a Keurig coffee machine with pods, and all the cookware you need to start cooking your favorite meal for you and your guests. The bathroom has a shower and is upgraded with custom tile.
