-the in-ground pool is open from memorial day to labor day
-children must be monitored at all times
-there is no smoking permitted on the patio or around the pool
-usage of the pool is at the guests own risk
-propane grill- guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use There are propane tanks that guests may use, but if they run out guests can refill.
-outdoor shower on the side of the house
