on the first level you'll find a 2 car garage, and a bunk room with two sturdy bunk beds that will hold your children or your golf buddies It has a sofa and a TV, so you can watch the big game by yourself or the kids can hook up a game box. There is also a large laundry room with front loading washing machine and dryer, a large folding counter and a wash tub. This level also has a bathroom with shower.
up the stairs takes you to the main living area on the second floor where you'll find the great room The has a foodies dream kitchen, a dining area for 8, a pellet stove, a large smart TV and lovely sectional sofa, all with spectacular views of Heceta Beach. There is access to the deck which has a glass wall to protect you from the summer breeze. Also on this level is another full bath and a bedroom with queen bed. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a separate wall oven and all the kitchen gadgets you can imagine, plus gorgeous quartz counter tops.
