*the maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°f We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.

*this is a self-catering property We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– housekeeping:
there is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
we use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
