With a 1st floor open concept living space, staying in after a long day at the beach is just perfect! Large living area down stairs, massive tv & a fully equipped chef's kitchen! Perfect for a family meal! The luxurious king size master bedroom and ensuite on the first floor offers a peaceful sanctuary with a spa-like master bath & walk in shower with a view of the back yard oasis featuring a heated pool and tables & chairs galore. The 2nd floor landing has a perfect second living space with a large tv and wetbar. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor and 2.5 baths; a 2nd master w/an ensuite King; a queen bedroom & a bunk room with two FULL BUNKS! These two bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom. The 3rd floor has 1 queen bed & 3 twin size beds, & 1 bathroom, just perfect for kids! The sofas are sofa sleepers. The view from the second floor balcony looks out over the GULF across the street. There's plenty of parking for 6+ vehicles. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
